SHIPPING INFORMATION + RETURNS POLICY

We are currently operating as normal in store and online and pleased to be back to our usual trading hours. We thank you for your patience and appreciated your ongoing support.
Please note there are still some significant delays in shipping and post during. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee shipping dates originally listed and can only supply these as a guideline. We apologize if your order is taking longer than normal. We can reassure you and trust our shipping partners are doing everything they can to ensure deliveries are made as quickly as possible.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING (within Australia)
At ATELIER ON GEORGE we offer Regular and Express post delivery within Australia via Couriers Please, Sendle, TNT Express and Australia Post. Please allow up to 2-3 business days after purchase to receive your order for Express Post parcels and 3-7 days for Regular Post. We also offer a Platinum Express shipping method if you're needing your order delivered as priority next business day. This service does also depend on location for delivery and is expected to arrive at the destination within 2 business days at present while delays are in place due to COVID-19 restrictions.

Shipping costs for domestic Regular Post is at a flat rate of $15 AUD, and Express Post is calculated at a flat rate of $20 AUD. Please note we offer complimentary Express Post on all Australian orders $200 and over.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (Worldwide)
For international orders, we are pleased to offer DHL Express and Australia Post International post. Please allow up to 10 working days from purchase to receive your order at your destination as times may vary at present. Shipping costs are quoted at a flat rate of $50 AUD and does not include duties or taxes that may be applied by customs at the destination country. Please note all international prices are calculated at the exchange rate of the day in local currency and may vary slightly from the original price shown on our website due to the exchange rate of that day purchased. Please note that in accordance with Australian export regulations we at ATELIER ON GEORGE are required to declare the exact value of all items and identify the order as dutiable “merchandise”. We are also prohibited by law from identifying an order as a “gift” for export purposes, even if a customer has placed the order with the intention of delivery to a gift recipient.
All orders are traceable via Australia Post's and DHL websites using the tracking number provided to you via confirmation email. Please note delivery times are only provided as a guideline, and therefore do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization and/or stock availability and carrier delays.
If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at hello@atelierongeorge.com.au within 7 working days of receiving your order so that we may assist you.
All orders through ATELIER ON GEORGE will come with a confirmation email with a unique tracking number sent so that you can track the progress of your delivery.
We only offer a refund if the item is deemed faulty on assessment by the manufacturer. Please check all items once you have received your order. In the rare event that an item received is classified as faulty and was damaged during delivery, please contact us within 7 days and we will assist with a replacement or store credit. Your refund will either be credited to the original purchaser’s credit card, PayPal or as store credit.
Pre-order production times may take longer than advertised. We do not accept cancellations on pre-orders once placed and paid for. Please choose carefully as we do not refund on pre-orders unless deemed faulty on assessment by the manufacturer.
