SHIPPING INFORMATION + RETURNS POLICY

Please note there are significant delays in shipping and post during this time. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee shipping dates originally listed and can only supply these as a guideline. We apologies if your order is taking longer than normal. We can reassure you and trust our shipping partners are doing everything they can to ensure deliveries are made as quickly as possible. Please see the links below from our shipping partner Australia Post and their update on new lead times due to current COVID 19 delays.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING (within Australia)
Here at ATELIER ON GEORGE we offer Express post delivery within Australia. Please allow up to 2-3 business days after purchase to receive your order. We also offer a Platinum Express shipping method if your needing your order delivered next business day. This service does also depend on location for delivery and is expected to arrive at the destination within 2 business days. If you have any questions please email us at email@example.com. Shipping costs for domestic Express Post is calculated with two sizes, $12.50 1kg - 5kg & $15 6kg – 20kg satchel.
For international orders, we offer standard regular post delivery through Australia Post. Please allow up to 10 working days from purchase to receive your order at your destination. Times may vary. Shipping costs are quoted at a flat rate of $40 AUD and does not include duties or taxes that may be applied by customs at the destination country. Please note that in accordance with Australian export regulations we at ATELIER ON GEORGE are required to declare the exact value of all items and identify the order as dutiable “merchandise”. We are also prohibited by law from identifying an order as a “gift” for export purposes, even if a customer has placed the order with the intention of delivery to a gift recipient.
All orders are traceable via Australia Post's website using the tracking number provided to you via confirmation email. Please note delivery times are only provided as a guideline, and therefore do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization and/or stock availability and carrier delays.
If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at email@example.com within 7 working days of receiving your order so that we may assist you.
All orders through ATELIER ON GEORGE will come with a confirmation email with a unique tracking number sent so that you can track the progress of your delivery.
We only offer a refund if the item was faulty upon receiving. Please check all items once you have received your order. In the rare event that an item received is classified as faulty and was damaged during delivery, please contact us within 7 days and we will assist with a replacement or store credit immediately. Your refund will either be credited to the original purchaser’s credit card, Paypal or as store credit.
Pre-order production times may take longer then advertised. We do not accept cancellations on pre-orders once placed and paid for. Please choose carefully as we do not refund on pre-orders unless deemed faulty upon receiving.

Please choose carefully as we do not offer exchanges or refunds for change of mind. Therefore, if you require a change of size please get in touch and the team at ATELIER ON GEORGE will assist you with exchanging your item. If the size you need is unavailable we will issue a store credit online with a code for the customer to use within 2 months (8 weeks) of the issued date.
To be eligible for a return for exchange, your item must be in perfect condition, unused and in the same condition that you received it with the original packaging and hang tags attached.
Returns will be accepted within 30 days of the purchase date. Only full priced items may be returned for exchange or store credit. Unfortunately, all sale items cannot be returned and are final sale this includes store promotions.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back without authorization through contacting us directly at email@example.com. We will then issue you with a Return Authorisation Number (RA#) to complete the return.
Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds unless the item is deemed faulty and where a replacement cannot be issued. If you need to exchange a faulty item, please send us an email within 7 days from purchase and send your item after receiving an RA# to:
