This strapless number highlights the décolletage whilst the bell sleeve incorporates a chic and theatrical element. The highly engineered smocking pleats embrace the female form through torso and length of the silhouette. In combination with it's extravagant sleeves the mini offers a feminine and flattering shape that embodies old Hollywood glamour.
